The hotel had a nice pool and a beautiful garden. the location was very convenient, close to shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the curio market. I also appreciated the laundry service, which was of good quality.

My experience was not as great as I had hoped for. The Wi-Fi was really slow, which made it difficult to stay connected during Easter weekend.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of this city. The hotel facilities were impressive with a beautiful garden, pool, and comfortable rooms. The staff was exceptional - always welcoming and friendly. They organized tours and adventure options for me and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The location was very convenient with easy access to transportation, a short distance from the airport, and very close to the Victoria Falls. Also, breakfast was delicious!

Located near to the famous waterfall, this place is a perfect hideaway. the rooms are spacious with commendable bathrooms and helpful staff. the breakfast is indeed excellent. the serene ambience and lovely garden with a pool provide guests with a relaxing space. the laundry service is efficient, and the hotel provides self-catering facilities.

There is a slight discrepancy in the pricing of food, with better options available nearby.

Although the room was overall comfortable and well designed, there was an ant issue in the bathroom. It was a bit frustrating that they didn't read our request for charcoal for the barbecue, and the description of services available was not very clear.
